Allison has worked in the research industry since 1984 in both full-service and dedicated field management agencies. She has a thorough insight into the practice and realities of the industry and of the challenges faced by recruiters, facilitators and end clients.

Becky first started at Field Solutions on a graduate placement in 2001 whilst studying for her marketing degree. She returned to Field Solutions on successful completion of her degree and stayed for a year before taking time off to travel. Becky then took up a position at Millward Brown and finally returned to Field Solutions in 2006.

Kate joined Field Solutions in January 2008. Although Kate is not from a research or marketing background, she has added her considerable administrative skills to the company and is proving a valuable member of the team.
